Is there a free plan?+
Yes — Model, Business, Studio accounts have each ones a free tier, opt in for a Pro account Upgrade for advanced features. Our 3 Enterprise plans have a free trial and transparent per-seat pricing.
How does yearly billing work?+
Yearly plans are billed once for the year at a discounted monthly-equivalent rate — roughly 20% off the monthly price. You can switch billing period at any time from the app.
Can I switch between account types?+
You can add Business and Studio profiles alongside your Creator account. Enterprise plans centralize multiple sub-accounts under one billing relationship.
What does 'compliance-gated' mean?+
Signed releases and 2257 records are required before a project can advance to the next production phase. PRO plans include Compliance-as-a-Service and Managed Records Custody.
How do Enterprise contracts work?+
Agencies, Holdings and Platforms sign a custom MSA/DPA with data residency options, SSO/SCIM and a dedicated solutions engineer. Talk to sales to scope your rollout.
