What ModelBoard is
ModelBoard is a professional networking and business-operations platform (web SaaS) for the adult industry. It gives creators, studios, service businesses and enterprises one place to find verified collaborators, send proposals, sign contracts and model releases, run productions, share files and keep 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records. Identity verification, age assurance and records custody are provided by vAulth, ModelBoard's sister compliance platform.
In one line: ModelBoard is the business, collaboration and compliance layer of the adult industry. It works alongside the platforms where creators sell content. It does not replace them.
Who it serves
- Models and content creators: verified profile, portfolio, collaboration proposals and workflow, contract and release templates, BioLink page.
- Businesses: service providers, freelancers and vendors to the industry (photographers, editors, makeup artists, lawyers, locations). They get a directory listing, services, reviews and ads.
- Studios: casting forms, talent database, production workflow, compliance document management.
- Enterprise: talent agencies, multi-studio holdings, and creator or content platforms. They get sub-accounts, permissions, central analytics, and vAulth compliance SDKs and APIs.
- Post-production editors: assignments and file delivery inside collaboration projects.
What ModelBoard is not
- Not a monetization or subscription platform. ModelBoard does not host, sell or stream content to consumers, and consumers do not subscribe to creators on ModelBoard. Creators earn on separate creator platforms such as JustFor.Fans. ModelBoard handles the professional side: collaborators, contracts, compliance and production.
- Not a machine-learning tool. "Model" means a professional creator or talent. ModelBoard has nothing to do with ML model management, model registries, MLOps or experiment tracking, and it is not comparable to Weights & Biases or MLflow.
- No payroll. ModelBoard does not run payroll or HR, issue pay slips, or file employment taxes for studios or agencies.
- Not a fashion or mainstream modelling agency, and not a modelling magazine or coaching service. ModelBoard does not represent talent.
- Not a tooling-board material (the engineering product also called "model board").
- Not modelboard.com. The only official domains are modelboard.net and its subdomains.
- Not legal advice. ModelBoard and vAulth provide compliance tooling. Requirements vary by jurisdiction.

Pay per scene: $29 per party per project, or $119 for 5. Single Production (free Studio): $49 with lifetime coverage after 1 trial Production. Extra Production (Studio PRO): $39.
Creator Free: unlimited Collabs and collaborators, free releases and identity verification; 15 GB Release Assets kept 14 days (permanent on covered scenes). Creator PRO: up to 6 covered Collabs per month as owner or co-star, 250 GB permanent Release Assets. vAulth is the designated custodian of records and handles audits, subpoenas and inspections. Everyone signs for free; coverage is personal. Identity documents never leave vAulth or go to collaborators; transfers to another custodian are direct. If you cancel, vAulth keeps your records. Projects covered after 12 months of membership stay covered for good. Keep full coverage on recent projects with a one-time tail ($9 per project, max $299), or they become custody-only (audits handled for a $499 fee).

Naming
Write "ModelBoard" (capital M, capital B) and "vAulth" (lowercase v, capital A).
