By accessing and using ModelBoard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use our services.

User Content

- You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
- Your content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, contractual rights, or any other rights of any person or entity
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Your content adheres to our Content Upload Policy and community guidelines
Content Upload Policy
Acceptable Content Guidelines. ModelBoard is a professional networking platform for the adult entertainment industry. We welcome content that:
- Professional portfolios showcasing artistic work
- Business and collaboration materials
- Educational and industry-related content
- Promotional materials that comply with platform guidelines
- Content that maintains professional standards and respects community members
Prohibited Content. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
- Content depicting or suggesting illegal activities
- Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Violent, graphic, or disturbing content not related to professional work
- Content promoting hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Content that violates the privacy of others without consent
- Malicious software or content designed to harm other users
Moderation Process. All uploaded content undergoes our moderation process to ensure compliance with these guidelines:
- Initial Review: Content is reviewed within 24–48 hours of upload
- Community Reporting: Users can report content that violates our guidelines
- Staff Review: Our moderation team reviews all reports and flagged content
- Verified Account Benefits: vAulth verified accounts may bypass certain moderation steps
- Appeal Process: Users can appeal moderation decisions through our support system
Reporting System. We encourage our community to help maintain platform standards by reporting inappropriate content:
- Report buttons are available on all user-generated content
- Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours
- False or malicious reporting may result in account restrictions
- Reporter anonymity is maintained throughout the process
Enforcement Actions. Violations of our Content Upload Policy may result in:
- Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content
- Warning: Formal warning for first-time or minor violations
- Content Restrictions: Temporary limitations on uploading new content
- Account Suspension: Temporary account suspension for serious violations
- Permanent Ban: Account termination for severe or repeated violations
Appeals Process. If you believe your content was incorrectly moderated, you may appeal by:
- Contacting our support team within 7 days of the moderation action
- Providing detailed explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect
- Submitting any additional context or evidence supporting your appeal
- Awaiting review by our senior moderation team (typically 3–5 business days)
Prohibited Activities
You may not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running our service
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Collecting or harvesting any information from our service, including account names
- Using the service for any commercial solicitation purposes without our explicit consent
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ModelBoard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
